If you communicate with us via e-mail or

volunteer in order to improve our responsiveness
and services. We
also may occasionally mail you a newsletter update
on our educational offerings or a donation solicitation.
This
will not be a frequent occurrence, however, and if
you
ask to be removed from our mailing list, we will do
so promptly. Very occasionally, and only after careful
thought
and consideration, we might share our mailing list
with another nonprofit organization with a similar mission.
If you ask us to not share your information specifically,
we will not share your information. Just let us know.
Information collected from applicants to our direct assistance
program is used only for our consideration
of the application
against our stated criteria and for general recordkeeping.
We are occasionally obliged to report on the demographic
characteristics of the people we serve (how many
men, women, which races, what region of residence, etc.),
but all specific
details are kept in the strictest confidence.
